Sacred & Strategic: Executive Coaching Website Design
The Sacred & Strategic Initiative helps nonprofit leaders, business owners, and executives grow personally and lead effectively. For this website design project, we brought that combination of personal growth and practical leadership support into a clear, welcoming online experience.
Founders and executive coaches Rich and Kourtney Street built the organization around a belief that healthier leaders create healthier teams. Their commitment to developing the whole person gave the website a meaningful story to tell.
The Challenge
Executive coaching can sound abstract. The website needed to connect Sacred & Strategic’s philosophy to challenges visitors recognize, such as struggling teams, growing responsibilities, and difficulty turning plans into action. It also needed to explain the different ways to get support and help prospective clients understand whether coaching would be a good fit.
Our Approach
We put Rich and Kourtney front and center, pairing their photograph with a direct explanation of who they help. The design feels polished while preserving the personal warmth that matters in a coaching relationship. Distinct sections and prominent headings make the information easy to scan, while testimonials bring other leaders’ experiences into the story.
We organized the services into three clear areas: individual executive coaching, team coaching and consulting, and assessments and training. Each description connects the service to its purpose. The homepage also addresses who the organization serves and walks visitors through getting started. A consistent discovery call invitation gives interested visitors a clear next step without making them hunt for contact information.
The Result
The finished website brings the people, purpose, and practical side of Sacred & Strategic together. Visitors can meet the coaches, understand the available support, and see how a coaching relationship begins. It’s a professional, personable home for their work, with a clear path from initial curiosity to a conversation.
